Hotel Kallisté has been an eco-labeled accommodation since 2018, meaning we are more environmentally friendly while offering a level of service that we hope meets your expectations.
The approach was an obvious choice for us; it is above all a personal and voluntary commitment that is particularly dear to our hearts. A label that already perfectly matched our lifestyle and operation of the hotel. It did not take much to obtain this label, of which we are very proud.
Cédric, the local child and shepherd's son, has always been committed to defending his island and its local heritage. After obtaining a Master's degree in Regional Economics, he naturally turned towards the hospitality and tourism industry…
